Reserving Your Dates
Check the calendar below for availability. A deposit of 50% will secure your
reservation, and is refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 45 days
in advance. The balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Payments
can be made via credit card or bank transfer, using PayPal. To check on accommodations

Rates
There are 3 seasons-high, green, and peak. High season runs November 16 to April
14, except for the peak season weeks. The rate for high season is $150 per night.
Green season runs April 15 to November 15, and the rate is $100 per night. Call
for peak season rates for the Christmas and New Years weeks and Easter week.
A damage deposit is required.
Pets and Smoking
The unit does not allow pets and smoking is not permitted.
